My work strives to make unconsciously internalized patterns, ideas and prejudices visible. The main focuses of my research are image production, perception, identity and colonialism. 

I translate these often unnoticeable mechanisms into physical spaces and make them visible. I explore with materials to create smooth and opaque surfaces that play with the question of seeing and not seeing, as well as the inside and outside.
